Custom mailer boxes are durable enough to ship your E-commerce product safely without compromising the style of the box. Our mailer boxes are made from single-wall corrugated cardboard and available in 2 flute sizes: E-Flute with 1/16″ (Suitable for Fragile items like glass & ceramics) can hold up to 10 lbs, and B-Flute with 1/8″ (best for heavy items like canned goods) can hold up to 30 lbs. We can also adjust the thickness of the flutes on the mailer boxes. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll cover the rest.

Standard Mailer Box
It is one of the most common corrugated mailer boxes (also known as ear lock mailer Box) used by e-commerce brands.
Mailer Box with Adhesive
This package includes a tear strip for easy unboxing and an adhesive strip for sealing the box. Dust flaps are included, but ear locks are not.
Mailer Box (no Dust Flaps)
There are ear locks but no dust flaps on these mailer boxes, which makes them easier to store.
Mailer Box (no Flaps)
The lid of these mailer boxes folds into the box to keep it shut securely. But dust flaps and ear locks are not included.

Our professional designers will review your artwork for technical changes, such as one-side or two-sided printing, matching the graphics to the type of print job ordered, etc.
You can share your artwork with us in a dieline file in PDF or AI format, which is editable in Adobe Illustrator.
Yes, it is easy to assemble a mailer box. Fold the pre-scored lines toward the interior and then fold up the front and back flaps. Assemble the box by bringing up its side walls, tucking them inside, and snapping them into place. Now, you can use your mailer box.
Your order will be packed in individual shipping cartons and shipped to the address that you provide.
A mailer box is sturdy enough to protect your product from damage, but some external packaging is recommended for increased safety.
